Rob Machado 2 + 1 Fin Fins

The Machado 2+1 fin system was developed to offer the freedom of Rob Machado's legendary Twin Keel with the precise control of a thruster.

Designed specifically for the Machadocado , Rob's most versatile hybrid board to date, this model starts with a more vertical and performance-oriented template (instead of a classic keel), allowing for tight turns and maximum control, without losing the characteristic thrust of a thruster setup.

With the fluidity of a twin fin and the added control provided by a small rear fin (trailer), the Machado 2+1 setup offers smooth and safe transitions — ideal for those "transition moments" from trail to trail that Rob values ​​so much. According to him: "You can tighten the 2+1 in turns and it will hold the line you want to draw."

Compatible with the Futures fin system (Single Tab version).

Wave Type
Extremely versatile, this setup excels in a variety of conditions. It generates speed easily in weak waves due to the low friction of the rear fin, but offers enough control to maintain performance in waves from knee-high to overhead. A true all-rounder setup.
