Choose the item you want to buy, select the size or color, if available, and click "Add to Cart."
You'll be taken to your shopping cart. If you want to add more items, click "Continue Shopping." Once your cart is full, simply click "Checkout."
Then, choose whether you want to checkout as a guest or a registered user and click "Continue." Carefully enter your shipping details (address, valid email address, and contact information). Once everything is correct, complete your purchase.
You'll receive a confirmation email with order details. Once payment is confirmed, just wait for delivery.

Registration isn't mandatory, but we suggest you do so because having an account with us not only makes future purchases faster, but also allows you to accumulate points for future discounts.
What payment methods are available?

Credit Card and PayPal : We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal, a fast and secure method.
MB WAY : You must confirm the payment in the MB WAY app. Make sure you have the app installed, configured, and have internet access.
Multibanco : Pay at any ATM or through your Home Banking account. After placing your order, you'll receive the details (Entity, Reference, and Amount). Payment is confirmed within 24 hours.

The card may be expired. Check its validity.
Your card limit may have been reached. Contact your bank.
The data you entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled out everything correctly.
The 3DS system may not be activated. Check with your bank.

Yes, we use SSL encryption. To ensure security, you'll need to enter your card's CVV.

You have 24 hours to make the payment. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
How is delivery made?

Orders are shipped by courier and delivered by hand. If no one is home, a notice will be left to schedule a new delivery. In some cases, the order may be delivered to a pickup point.

- Up to 3 business days for mainland Portugal.
- Up to 14 business days for Azores and Madeira.
- Store deliveries: up to 7 business days for mainland Portugal and up to 14 business days for the store in Madeira.
Deadlines begin to count from the moment of dispatch and may vary due to external factors, such as incorrect addresses or strikes.
If the order does not arrive on time, we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs fees may apply if the shipping address is outside the European Union or Schengen area.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or other additional expenses.

Shipping to mainland Portugal costs €6 , but is free for purchases over €59 .

Of course! You have 30 days after receiving your order to make exchanges in two ways:
- Online : To initiate a return, contact us at pipeline@pipeline.pt and send the items to Largo de S. Pedro Nº 10, 8000-145, Faro. The process can take up to 10 business days .
- In-store : Take the item and receipt to one of our stores and exchange it for a different size or product. We do not offer refunds in-store.

If your order doesn't meet your expectations or is out of stock, you can choose:
- Exchange for another item or credit to use on a future purchase.
- Refund , which will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 15 business days .
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
