The Firewire Spaceship, developed by Kelly Slater in collaboration with shaper Mike Woo, is a high-performance board created for quality waves, the result of decades of research and development. It became a benchmark after the striking sessions in Kirra in March 2024, solidifying its position as one of Kelly's preferred choices for demanding conditions.

With a more classic and balanced outline, this board was designed to offer control and grip in tubes, fluidity in rail turns, and stability on rounder wave faces. It performs consistently in quality reef breaks, point breaks, and beach breaks, while also maintaining responsiveness as a performance shortboard in more technical waves.

The Spaceship features a rounded pintail that enhances control in critical sections, combined with a single concave in the front that transitions to a double concave between the feet, ensuring speed, projection, and sensitivity. The performance rails and adjusted rocker allow it to fit precisely into the wave's curve, maximizing performance in high-level surfing.
