The one-piece outsole design leaves no exposed gaps between the soles, ensuring extra protection and durability. Thermofoam 2.0 sole with custom fit Solite ThermofoamSolite Mini-Split Our patented heat-moldable Thermofoam 2.0 sole has also been completely redesigned, including a more comfortable Mini-Split internal toe box. The Mini-Split is 1 cm shorter than our previous internal split, improving fit and comfort for a wider range of toe shapes while maintaining precise control. The Thermofoam sole is 4 mm thick at the toe/heel for extra protection and 3 mm thick elsewhere. 3-point harness with floating D-ring Solite 3-Point StrapSolite Floating D-Ring Another Solite innovation, our 3-point strap is anchored under the arch and heel on the inside of the foot and under the heel on the outside of the foot. Tatex Flex-Column Solite Flex-Column The calf area features our exclusive Tatex Flex-Spine. The Flex-Spine serves three distinct purposes: Increases durability with a scratch-resistant rubberized surface. EZ-O cuff with exaggerated seams Solite EZ-O CuffSolite Overkill Seams Our EZ-O cuff design provides a perfect washout barrier with a larger panel than other gaskets, making for much easier donning and reduced seam stress. To reduce bulk under the wetsuit leg and make donning easier, the EZ-O panel is reduced to 2mm thick. Because boots take serious abuse, we don't cut corners in our neoprene seam construction. Our Overkill neoprene seams are triple-glued, blindstitched, and then sealed on the outside with liquid sealant for maximum durability and longevity. The Stealth Loop is laminated between neoprene and our co-molded rubber/textile heel reinforcement patch, providing incredible durability and tensile strength.
